Avocado has many benefits as we all know, health magazines write about it, fitness magazines say that unless you eat those good fats you'll never be thin, beauty bibles claim its good for your health and I agree with them all whole heartedly. They all however miss the biggest benefit of all, friendship!
Avocado seems like a fine thing to gather over! I met my sister from another Mr, Natalie Roser for a long awaited catch up and coffee. We've all got to the stage of our lives where as she aptly put it, days have to be planned two days in advance and if we're lucky they go AS planned. So between our filming, shooting, boys and fashion week we managed to get together over a coffee or as it turned out avocado on rye bread!

Natalie is very good at drinking tea.
As am I.
We then ordered the glorious Avo on toast. Simple and oh so good.
As the night fell we were joined by a few gorgeous night squirrels.
