Having lately taken up exercise I much like many other newbies have over done it. My aim being 5 weeks with Oneness PT for a body transformation followed by me signing on with KX pilates as an ambassador, which I shall divulge more about in a later post, it's all hush hush naturally!
In my over excitement to be the teachers pet and the best trainee ever I took on a fast and furious 7 days of training in a row. In all honesty however, I am not sure how it happened. It just all lumped into one big 7 day ball of exercise. Having come out on the other side it's safe to say I am positively more toned but exhausted.
Not the less it is friday night kittens and tom cats and one must don a dinner dress and hit the town running. Besides what better exercise is there than walking up steps in high heels. For the legs at least I would say there are none!
So I say join me on day 8 of exercise, put on your highest stilettos and trot up and down some steps.
